If you encounter any issues with the freshness or quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Provide clear photographic evidence of the unsatisfactory condition, and we will verify the issue. Although we don’t offer any returns or refunds, upon verification, we will happily replace the flowers with a fresh arrangement of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
Please understand that our ability to replace flowers depends on specific varieties and seasonal availability. We will strive to create a replacement arrangement that closely matches your original order. If an exact match is not possible, we will provide a comparable arrangement of the same value.
